Subscription / Membership
Subscriptions can be purchased online on our website, through our app, or at select affiliated dealership locations. No cash payments. All subscribers must commit to a minimum of three months' early cancellation fees will result in a $350 cancellation fee.
Services can be carried over (banked) for up to 1 month, but if they remain unused, they will expire with no reimbursement. If subscribers (members) wish to pause their memberships, notice must be given to our team one month in advance. Subscriptions are not eligible for pausing their account within the first 3 months of their Subscription lifetime.
If you wish you cancel or end your subscription, it will take up to 30 days or until the end of your month to process the cancellation. All services already paid for must be used within 30 days of cancellation—no refund on unused services.
All detailing services are final after 48 hours of completion. Upon vehicle pick-up, one of our team leads or managers will check your vehicle with you to ensure the service has met your satisfaction. If something is missed or overlooked, you have up to 48hrs to return for a free touch-up. After that, we no longer hold any liabilities. Please note our detailing services are strictly cleaning. We do not polish/restore any vehicles.
All ceramic coating packages include complete Exterior detailing, clay bar application, and polish services. Interior ceramics coating is not included in these pages. At select locations where interior ceramic is covered, it will be an additional coaster to the regular Exterior detailing mentioned above. Ceramic lifetime recommendation based on tier: Bronze - 3 years, Silver - 5 years, Gold 10 years. ALPHASHINE does not guarantee this product's lifespan but highly recommends consistent treatments to maintain adequate protection and luster.
If the client receives an interior detailing with our Odor Removal treatment, they have 48 hours to return and have additional cleaning done if the odor has not been removed on our first round.

Recommended Wax Treatment duration is every year. However, ALPHASHINE Inc. does not guarantee the product will last this long.
Our certified managers run our valet service. While under our career ALPHASHINE takes responsibility for any damages to the vehicles. However, you have 48 hours to report any damages after you pick up your car. Valet service will only be available if your pick-up location is within 3 KM of a location. This can be anything from your home to the office.
Service Completion Time
Exterior Detailing = 1 hour | Interior Detailing = 3 hours | Ceramics: Bronze = 1 Day, Silver = 2 Days, Gold = 3 Days, Odor Removal = 3 hours, Wax Treatment = 1 hour, and Valet will come within 1 hour of appointment.

All appointments must be canceled within 24hrs before your appointment or a cancelation fee of 30% will be taken from your accont.
Payment & Promotions
You must complete payment online or onsite using Debit, Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Master Card, American Express, etc. Online Payment have a hold put on your card to guaranteed available fund then ones service is completed and car is picked up payment will be completed.
Promotion Codes: Each customer may apply one promotion code to a service. Promotion codes can not be combined. Promotion codes do not apply to members unless specified.
Damages & Legal
All vehicles will be given a quality check before detailing begins. Any problematic or alarming areas will be called out to the client, and a decision will be made to move forward. Once the vehicle is picked up or dropped off associate will help guide you through vehicle examination. ALPHASHINE does not take any responsibility for damages found on the car (both interior and Exterior). Additionally, if the detailing process causes more wear and the client has been notified of the risks, ALPHASHINE will take no responsibility for said damages.
No-Tolerance Zone for Abuse, Violence, or Discrimination
ALPHASHINE is a no-tolerance zone for abuse, violence, or discrimination. We hold our team to the highest standard of respect and save work environment & engagements. This goes beyond our team to our clients. Therefore, we reserve the right not to serve abusive, physical, and verbal clients who are violent or discriminatory toward our staff. If you have been found not to meet our code of conduct, we will try to rectify the situation; however, you will be asked to leave our premises while your service is completed, or you will be outright refused, depending upon the offense.
