By using ALPHASHINE INC services, purchasing any detailing or coatingpackage, or subscribing to an ALPHASHINE Membership, you acknowledgeand agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These termsgovern all services provided by ALPHASHINE INC (“ALPHASHINE,”“we,” “us,” or “our”) and are binding upon every client,customer, and member.
All detailing services are final after forty-eight (48) hours of completion. Upon vehicle pick-up, a team lead or manager will inspect the vehicle with the client to ensure satisfaction. Any missed areas may be addressed within forty-eight (48) hours at no cost. After this period, ALPHASHINE holds no further liability.
Detailing services are strictly cosmetic cleaning. ALPHASHINE does not perform polishing, paint correction (except where specified in Ceramic Coating Packages),restoration, or mechanical work.
Clients who receive an interior detail with Odor Removal may return within forty-eight (48) hours for additional treatment if the odor persists.
Wax treatment protection depends on vehicle condition, storage, and weather exposure. Although quarterly re-application is recommended, ALPHASHINE makes no warranty regarding product lifespan or durability.
ALPHASHINE’s valet program is managed by certified supervisors. Vehicles in transit under our care are covered only in cases where verified damage is directly caused by the negligence or error of ALPHASHINE personnel.
If a vehicle under valet care is involved in an accident caused by another driver or an external factor, ALPHASHINE does not assume liability. Responsibility is limited to incidents where ALPHASHINE staff are proven to be directly at fault. In such cases, ALPHASHINE will initiate an internal investigation before confirming liability.
Clients must report any valet-related damages within forty-eight (48) hours of vehicle retrieval. Valet service is available only for pick-up or drop-off locations within three (3) kilometers of an ALPHASHINE facility.
Vehicles parked overnight or outside regular operating hours are left at the client’s own risk. ALPHASHINE is not responsible for theft, vandalism, or environmental damage during off-hours.

Cancellations must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a thirty percent (30%) cancellation fee.
Payment is required at or before completion of service. Accepted forms of payment include debit, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Online payments may place a temporary authorization hold on your card to confirm available funds. Final payment is processed once service is complete and the vehicle is picked up.
Only one (1) promotional code may be applied per service. Promotion codes may not be combined or applied retroactively and do not apply to members unless explicitly stated.
Each vehicle is visually inspected before service. Any pre-existing damage, loose components, or vulnerable areas will be identified and disclosed to the client.
ALPHASHINE is not liable for pre-existing issues, wear from aging, prior repair defects, or damage caused by aftermarket modifications.
ALPHASHINE assumes liability only for verified, direct physical damage caused by its staff during service or valet operations, and only when negligence or operational error has been confirmed through internal investigation.

Reports of lost items are subject to camera review and internal investigation. If no evidence indicates staff involvement, ALPHASHINE will not assume responsibility. Clients may request available video footage for transparency.
Refunds for monthly, bi-annual, or annual memberships will not be issued without a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice before the renewal date.
Clients receive confirmation by email and text at sign-up outlining these terms in compliance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act. Clients are responsible for managing their own subscription renewals.
Refund requests are reviewed by ALPHASHINE management within four (4)weeks of submission. If approved, refunds or credits will be processed within six (6) weeks of approval. Processing and administrative fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.
Customers may access only designated sales and waiting areas. Entry into operational zones, detailing bays, or employee workspaces is prohibited.
ALPHASHINE assumes no responsibility for slips, falls, or injuries occurring due to unauthorized access or failure to follow safety instructions. By entering an ALPHASHINE facility, customers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with an active automotive work environment.

By becoming an ALPHASHINE Member, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to abide by them. ALPHASHINE reserves the right to amend or update these terms with notice to members.
ALPHASHINE maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse, violence, or discrimination. All staff and clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.
Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward employees will result in refusal of service and removal from the premises. Depending on the severity of the incident, ALPHASHINE reserves the right to terminate service relationships immediately.
ALPHASHINE offers three premium ceramic coating packages covering exterior paintwork, windows, wheels, exterior plastic trim, and headlights/tail lights.
Gold Package: 2-Stage Paint Correction + 1 Layer Hydrophobic + 2 Layers 9H Protection + Up to5-Year Warranty
Silver Package: 2-Stage Paint Correction + 1Layer Hydrophobic + 1 Layer 9H Protection + Up to 3-YearWarranty
Bronze Package: 2-Stage Paint Correction + 1 Layer Hydrophobic + 1–2-Year Warranty
Proper curing (2–3 weeks) is required after application. During this period, avoid sprinkler systems, tree sap, pollen, bird droppings, and abrasive contact.
Using brush or bristle-based automated washes voids the warranty. Only touchless systems are permitted.
Use of non-ALPHASHINE providers that apply incorrect techniques or products voids this warranty.
Required within thirty (30) days of the application anniversary by an ALPHASHINE-approved technician.
