The valet service includes the collection and return of your vehicle within a 3 km radius of any ALPHASHINE's service locations. This ensures a hassle-free experience for clients with demanding schedules or those who prefer not to leave their location.
You can schedule a valet service through ALPHASHINE's mobile app or by visiting their website/calling directly to 647-249-2960. The app allows you to book, manage appointments, and track your valet service in real time.
There are no additional charges. Once you have added valet to your booking, the price of the valet will not change.
Ensure that your vehicle is accessible and that any valuable items are removed. ALPHASHINE recommends that child seats be unbuckled by the customer before service; otherwise, cleaning will be limited to the area around the child seat.
Yes, ALPHASHINE's mobile app allows you to track your vehicle during the valet service, providing real-time updates on its status.
If you're unavailable to meet the valet driver at the designated pick-up location in Midtown Toronto or fail to provide clear key retrieval instructions, the booking may be canceled, and a $50 cancellation fee may apply.
